Study Abroad
The Department of World Languages and Cultures encourages students to study abroad through nationally recognized programs such as CIEE, SRAS, Middlebury the US State Department Critical Language Scholarship program, or ACTR/American Councils. These programs currently offer study options in a variety of countries with significant Russian-speaking communities on the perimeter of the Russian Federation: Kazakhastan, Kyrgystan, Armenia, Lithuania, Georgia, & Estonia. Credits transfer easily into the Russian Studies Major or Minor.
