The WLC now offers several language certificates for students who wish to take classes beyond their language requirement to develop and demonstrate communicative world language skills and intercultural competence but are unable to fit in a full WLC minor.
The WLC now offers several language certificates for students who wish to take classes beyond their language requirement to develop and demonstrate communicative world language skills and intercultural competence but are unable to fit in a full WLC minor. Employers in business, education, healthcare, and technology increasingly realize the advantages of world language skills. Earning these certificates will be a clear credential on their transcript to prove their world language skills.
Five WLC programs are offering a Conversational Language Certificate for 9 credits, and four are offering an Advanced Language Certificate for 12 credits. See each program’s site for which courses count.
