The German Program now offers language certificates for students who wish to take classes beyond their language requirement to develop and demonstrate communicative world language skills and intercultural competence but are unable to fit in a full German minor. Employers in business, education, healthcare, and technology increasingly realize the advantages of world language skills. Earning these certificates will be a clear credential on their transcript to prove their world language skills.
Students seeking admission to the Undergraduate Certificate must meet the admissions standards established by the Undergraduate Council. No grades below C are acceptable for students wishing to receive these certificates.
